salt_pepper_noise_cvip() - add speckle(Salt & Pepper) noise to an image.

SYNTAX
outImage = salt_pepper_cvip(inImage, noiseArgs, noiseImgSize)
Input Parameters include :
- inImage - 1-band input image of MxN size or 3-band input image of MxNx3 size. The input image can be of uint8 or uint16 or double class.
- noiseArgs - Salt & Pepper noise arguments. noiseArgs(1): Probability of Salt (default 0.03) noiseArgs(2): Probability of Pepper (default 0.03)
- noiseImgSize - Size of Salt & Pepper noise image. Only needed when noise is added to black image. noiseImgSize(1): height (default 256) noiseImgSize(2): width (default 256)
Output Parameter includes:
- outImage - Salt & Pepper noise added image or Salt & Pepper noise image
Description
The function performs morphological hit-miss transform on a binary image.If input image color or gray-scale image, binary thresholding is performed before the hit-miss operation.The hit-miss filter is a structuring element containing 0's, 1's and NaN's or "don't care". Don't care element is represented by NaN value in this case. And, don't care elements in the structuring element match with either 0s or 1s.
